My name is Shannon Cassell. I am a building contractor in Easley, S.C. Most of the custom homes we build are in the $300,000 - $500,000 price range.

We used Nathaniel Roach as the electrician for the house at 1176 Olive Street in Easley, S.C. We were pleased with the results. The house is 3600 square feet with 10 foot ceilings on both the upper and lower floors, this makes for some tall ceilings and a lot of wire to run. The house also has a swimming pool and Nathaniel ran an out box for a separate garage.

We also had Nathaniel install LED lighting under the cabinets. Those gave him some challenges. One of the strips had a short in it that took Nathaniel some work to find and repair. He had to return to the house a couple of times to take care of the LED’s. He was always quick to respond and we never felt like a burden.

We made one other modification to the kitchen layout after drywall and painting was complete. We moved a high voltage stove & separate wall oven. Nathan had to pull heavy gauge wiring through the attic & route it down the inside of the finished wall. Everything worked out great with no mess or damage to the existing wall.

We had another electrician that worked for the pool company working on the house one day. He complimented Nathaniel’s wiring to the breaker box. He said it was neat and organized. He also said that he rarely sees that now-a-days.

I’ve also recommended Nathaniel to do work for my dad and friends. They all bragged on him and plan on using him again.

We currently plan on using Nathaniel on our next project.

I just wanted to Thank You and tell you how appreciative of the Great Job you did on my shop. Wiring in my LED lights, air compressor, welding machine , chop saw and plasma cutter. It looks so very professional. All the wire in conduit. Wow!! I'm very proud of my building.

I really had no idea that this was what you were going to do and this was how it would turn out.

Man, I'm glad I let you take the lead on this project. I told you what I wanted and you took it to a whole other level.

Once I seen your work in my shop, I had no problem having you come in my new home and doing some projects that we failed to have done when building.
